Since the establishment of PEPCO in Poland, the company’s headquarters have been in Poznań. This is where the key decisions are made. The first shop was opened in 2004 while at present, we open several dozen shops a year in Poland and other European countries as part of our dynamic growth. At the beginning, the headquarters employed 12 people and was located next to a shop. Now more than 350 people work here, including the employees who laid down the foundations for the company more than 15 years ago as well as new employees who are joining us sharing their knowledge skills. The Planning Department prepares plans for the products. The department ensures that the products are offered to the customers in the right size and numbers.

How we work
Depending on the job you are applying for, in the recruitment process you are requested to go through a set of tasks to test your key competence. We also check the candidates’ command of the English language. Be prepared for the interview to be partly conducted in English.
