Since the establishment of PEPCO in Poland, the company’s headquarters have been in Poznań. This is where the key decisions are made. The first shop was opened in 2004 while at present, we open several dozen shops a year in Poland and other European countries as part of our dynamic growth. At the beginning, the headquarters employed 12 people and was located next to a shop. Now more than 500 people work here, including the employees who laid down the foundations for the company more than 15 years ago as well as new employees who are joining us sharing their knowledge skills. The international nature of Pepco’s operations offers excellent career opportunities to people looking for developmental jobs.
