Concentrates on the sales targets, plans and organizes the shop’s operations, ensures customer service.
In his/her shops supports and supervises the operational standards as well as customer service and achieves the sales targets.

Akademia PEPCO (PEPCO Academy)
This is an original training programme targeted at the new employees on managerial positions in our shops. In the course of the training, the managers learn, among other things, how to tackle recruitment, how to motivate the team, how to manage the subordinates’ work. They also learn about the company’s rules and procedures. They receive materials covering all the issues discussed during the training sessions which they can use at work in the shop and resort to in case of doubt.
