The dynamic development of the company has been uninterrupted since 1999. The first PEPCO stores were established in Poland in 2004. Today we have over 2000 in Europe!

Thanks to the large scale of our activity and constant care for low operating costs, we can offer good quality products at an affordable price in more and more locations.

We want to reach everyone

Every year, we open an average of three hundred new locations and enter at least two new European markets. Over the last decade alone, the number of PEPCO employees has increased tenfold.

We focus on ensuring not only the best possible availability of financially attractive products, but also the widest possible geographical coverage.

We are opening stores in Italy and Serbia.

The company develops dynamically thanks to its employees, and they, along with it, learn, follow their aspirations, and get promoted.

The European PEPCO chain employs more than 20,000 people, among them more than 600 in the Poznań head office and more than 1000 employees of the distribution. We still have employees who back in 1999 worked as first on developing our company. Despite the large scale of operations, this is one of the reasons why we have managed to maintain an open family-like atmosphere.

Previously, for five years I was responsible for one market only, and today being a Retail Director for South Europe I manage eight different countries. It's an amazing experience because although our stores and organizational culture are the same everywhere, I still have the opportunity to learn different behaviors, a slightly different approach to everyday life.
When asked by people from outside PEPCO about the attitudes of uninterrupted successful development of the company for over 20 years, I invariably answer: great employees and a work atmosphere based on the five values that the company is guided by, i.e. respect, honesty, cooperation, enthusiasm and improvement. Working at PEPCO from the very first day of its existence, I experience it myself every day.
PEPCO is a place of international cooperation. Trustworthy people work here, who show amazing commitment and willingness to achieve success on a daily basis. In the IT department, new challenges and new projects are always waiting for everyone. There is a culture of learning from mistakes among us, where failure is treated as an opportunity to learn and develop.
Working in a company that spares no resources and cares about the development and education of the youngest, allows employees to implement their own ideas for social projects, is a dream come true for anyone who wants to act in the area of corporate social responsibility.
